35 KL Mild Steel (MS) Storage Tank Detailed Description

A 35 KL MS Storage Tank is a fabricated cylindrical storage vessel designed to store 35,000 liters of liquid under atmospheric pressure. The tank is manufactured using high-quality mild steel plates conforming to IS 2062 Grade  and fabricated as per applicable design codes.

3. Fabrication Process

• Plates cut using CNC / gas cutting.

• Shell formed by rolling machine.

• Welding by qualified welders using ARC & MIG process.

• Welding joints inspected visually and by DP test .

• Hydrostatic testing conducted before dispatch.

• Dimensional inspection

• Weld visual inspection

• Hydrostatic water test  mimium 2 hours

• Leakage test for nozzles
